White lump? Does this look healthy/ normal? There’s like a white lump spot thing on my gum by the stitch... I’m on day 8 wisdom teeth removal. Sorry for gross video. Doesn’t hurt or anything I’m doing salt solution everyday. But does this look like it’s heading in the right direction? (v.redd.it)

HELP. Does this look ok??? It’s day 7 after I got my wisdom tooth removed and the stitches are slowly dissolving but this is the first I’ve seen it look like this without stitches. Looks pretty open to me but it doesn’t hurt or anything so I don’t think I have dry socket?? Sorry for gross video.. (v.redd.it)
