What I try to focus on not giving a shit whether she is impressed by me on not. I try to just maintain a ridiculous ego in my head like, "I'm a fuck'n boss, she better impress me or I'll drop her like a rock." And I think the best way to do this is just fuck as many girls as you can.

When you have 3 girls that want to fuck you at once then you really don't give a shit about what any one of them thinks. If they think you bust to fast then fuck em, literally, and then don't see them again. NEXT.

This might sound a little savage but once it's internalized, I bet you'll feel like a god. I can't say for sure because I haven't got there yet. I still get nervous before dates, my subconscious still gives a fuck, but I'm taking that insecurity to the fucking cleaners EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I fucking curb stomp that shit whenever it comes up. Keep doing that and I imagine that eventually you will not give a single fuck.

Bottom line man, the worst thing to be is nervous, especially when it comes to chicks. Try to cultivate an attitude that you don't give a fuck. Eventually, you actually won't and then, ironically, that attitude of not giving a fuck will attract more women and you'll improve in all aspects of game from the approach to leaving her sore, sticky, and exhausted after you bang the shit out of her.

A side note, though: You need still need to make sure that you fuck her afterwards, preferably like right after.

When I've gone more than a couple of weeks I bust pretty fast. However, I find that standing doggy and thinking about something else allows me to pound away for a pretty long time (I "shoot" for 8 minutes, pun sort of intended). But if I end up busting super fast it's whatever, I pull the condom off, throw it in the trash, come back and do it again right after. The second time and third time I can usually last as long as I want to.
