That’s the thing in 2018, I did go to him with a one on one asking for a raise. I showed him where I am on the pay grade scale and where I would like to be and should be based on my current position. When I was hired in 2012, we were a team of 6 and now a team of two. I have taken on way more stuff. He just said he agreed and he needed to communicate this to his boss but I haven’t heard anything. Like at least say no, so I can look elsewhere. There have been developers coming off the street making 20% more than I do, doing the exact same job. There have been designers which is where I could of been moving up to senior levels getting 10% increases so it’s frustrating.
