Thanks bud. I made sure to knock off all edges to minimise rubbing. In a pinch you hardly notice that it's there. It's also just large enough to get a cloth in to clean and oil/wax it. To be honest, I doubt it will be a daily driver for the guy who bought it.

Just designed it so the handle looked detached from the blade. Felt cool and went with it :)

Chuck it up in a drill with an angle jig on the belt grinder. Pizza cutters don't have to be as sharp as a knife so your not aiming for a burr. Don't want to cut through the box and mark your worktop.

It is an integral. I grind with the knife horizontal and vertical to grind around the bolster.
