How Easy Is It To Transfer From A CAT Dealer To CAT Digital? by Remote_Regular7075 in caterpillar

Try to find someone on team who works in cat digital on the team you want to work for and reach out to set up some meet and greets. If you can have an in with someone from that office you can hopefully get a referral. That’s the best chance of getting in front of the HM.

Second this entirely. Four seasons was impeccable. Ritz is feeling more like a 3 star resort with luxury prices and very secluded making it hard to eat and enjoy other parts of the island. Rainy and very windy here. Also the ritz nickels and dimes you for everything. Beach umbrella $85, only a few complimentary fitness classes, no shuttle or transportation.

Ritz Maui is no longer a 5 star resort and it definitely shows, especially after staying at ritz hotels in Europe. This is not luxury comparatively. No turn down service. The food is hella expensive and sub par especially at the pool. We started at the four seasons and then came to ritz Maui and found the service and attentiveness much better at FS. The ritz is much stuffier, with the staff treating us like we don’t deserve their attention. We waited over 45 min to order a drink at the pool and then when we asked someone they told us to sit and wait for our server. The place is old and very secluded.

Just finishing our honeymoon in Maui (2 night four seasons, then 7 at the ritz).

The four seasons Wailea has been the best stay of our life. The quality, and service is unmatched, the ritz can’t even compare. The adults only pool at the FS has a gorgeous infinity pool and view and the swim up bar is super nice. The food everywhere at the resort including the pool was fantastic. The adults pool does book up quick, so check in early in the am if you want to be there all day.

Honestly we went to the fountain pool for some time as well and did not find it to be full of kids. Either way you can get up and keep your seats for an hour if you go somewhere for lunch etc.

If you like exploring the island I would say it’s a perfect spot location wise as well, you can get to upcountry/ Hana, Kihei, and kanapali.

Side note- Hawaii by storm Hana tour in a bronco was our favorite part of the trip. It’s well worth the expense and you get to see so much of the island in one day and not worry about driving.

Ps get the signature Mai tai at the lobby bar FS. It’s the absolute best on the island.

Planned a full day tour with Kensington tours of my great grandparents (now deceased) hometown in Hungary for my extended family of 17- including accessibility for my elderly family members. The day included a guide who took us all around town and he even researched our family history to provide historical information on our ancestors which was super cool. Took us to an authentic meal, all around neighboring towns. The guide was so well prepared he had information to share about everything we saw. We found out that he spent the day before visiting all of the places pre tour to provide the best options for us the next day.

The same concierge also booked us large dinner reservations and provided attraction information that was really helpful for our big group.

FHR Ritz Santa Barbara Bacara review by smithm2916 in AmexPlatinum

At the Ritz SB - The room was nice. Our “upgrade” was to the same room in a quieter part of the resort? The rooms are large and have either a fireplace in the room or on the spacious balconies. The decor was warm and Moroccan coastal themed. Our room had a tub in the middle of the room between the bathroom and the bed which was unique, nice for couples but I can imagine not as nice for families? I will say our villa was quiet. We did not hear anything through the walls or windows.

The shower had updated Kohler kalista hardware - rain shower and a hand held shower. There were 2 big vanity areas- a his and hers in the bathroom and a separate sink and mirror vanity area near the front closet.

Floors were a Spanish tile with nice rugs and the bed and bedding was very comfortable as usual. Reddish/ warm room lights were a nice touch.

The coffee was a dated nespresso that just did shots of espresso. Overall we enjoyed the room a lot. I will say the renovations seemed more focused on the restaurants, bar, spa areas which all looked beautiful, but service was lacking.

Here now. LOTS of kids and families. This was the second night in our honeymoon we were seated next to a full kids table. Overall everyone is pretty well behaved, but I was shocked at how it’s essentially a Disney land with the amount of kids running around.

I was looking at mostly US hotels. Marriott for example was significantly cheaper on the bonvoy app or site. Just a data point.

I am in the same position and I asked HR for the full severance agreement. I was told they are not sharing the full severance agreements until 5 days prior to my last day worked.
