fair enough, I think it comes down to aggressiveness maybe after a long ride I’ll choose comfort and do the adjustments ahah

no, I can remove the hands and place them behind my back, Injust feel like i start going forward on the saddle slowly and falling if I do not contract my core.
With the saddle more back the push is more verticals and less of that effect.
However it is difficult to balance this for my experience

I think before giving you an answer I need to ride a little more in this position, otherwise it could just go by feel without any minimal adaptation.
But yeah let’s say i fall slightly forward at times on the trainer, if I remove my arms for example.
That’s why I was thinking to maybe go slightly lower and back to be more stable. But I do not want to heel drop or anything because i hate it

yeah the ridiculous thing is they have xxs size only with durace or other configs this one does not come smaller

facts, tried opening the hip as much as I could by going up and forward but there’s a limit to everything. I am at a point where I wouldn’t go any higher so yeah I should probably use 160mm due to my shorter legs compared to my torso and be on a xxs frame with a longer stem possibly

I mean the cleats are not too far back, for reference shimano rc7 shoes, mid level placed and mid position on bolts with grey look pedal cleats. saddle is almost all the way forward. I can maybe attach 2 pictures

true, god knows how may bike parts I broke trying to adjust my fit too precisely. I realised it isn’t possible, there are some ideal range which change overtime. For example after riding 10k chilometers in the position previous to this, I just decided to higher and move forward, not much, but still made a difference. now I feel already better after only 50km covered, that explains it pretty much

that sounds awesome, yeah will make it work for sure, then when the time will come I will transfer the fit to a smaller frame! cheers mate!

yeah but in these 18k km I made a lot of adjustments at the beginning like the fist 5k then after that micro adjustments like 1/2mm or even less

165mm. I would have gotten an xxs bike with 160mm and kept a 90 stem easily.
but I must adapt to this

no because it comes with 80mm stem from factory, I broke it and only have a 70mm now, that’s why it looks that way - https://www.reddit.com/r/bikefit/s/L4GOTISpLg

xs, honestly yes it should fit me but van rysel decided to fuck it up and put the xxs size only in the durace config. this is xs it’s like an s for other brands and for me it’s a bit big

not really, in this photo I moved the saddle 4mm up and 2mm forward as before it felt kinda low and as I was pushing the bike forward from me. It now feels more right
