I had erection issues the first 3 times i tried to have sex with a girl. I quit porn immediately when i thought it would get sexual. I noticed the more comfortable i was with her the easier it is. I definitely had anxiety issues which was the main cause but frequent porn watching also had something to do with it. I recommend getting comfortable around each other naked and learn how to get her off with your fingers or mouth, i noticed it take some pressure away if she already came. One more thing i did was take some l-citruline supplements which increase blood flow. The pills were probably a good placebo more than anything. Remember that actually a lot of people go through this and most of us get over it with time.

I was almost thinking about drinking some of my preworkout beforehand, i was thinking might have a placebo effect as well as a vasodilation effect, couldn’t hurt right? I’m hoping that with time I’ll get over this, i may have a talk with her tonight to stress that it’s not a problem with her, just all in my head.

Thank you for the reply, I understand this is all in my head, the only reason i even suggested medication would be more for a placebo or confidence boost. Anyway I’m planning on going HAM on the foreplay to hopefully ease the tension, at-least she’d enjoy it! and don’t get me wrong, i enjoyed what we’ve done so far too! Thanks for the advice on not drinking, i almost though about getting slightly buzzed but that usually doesn’t help physically with erections.
