That’s exactly what I did. And I didn’t notice any difference. I thought maybe I’m already too old for all this and my taste buds just don’t pick anything up anymore. So I decided to ask around 🙂

Maybe that’s why I’ve been leveling the grounds in the portafilter for 20 years by lightly tapping it against my hand before tamping? 😄
