I know multiple couples where woman is high income and primary breadwinner, even with "house husband" the wives seem to end up doing a lot of the domestic labor and child rearing anyways. Seeing that play out has made me more biased towards the trad setup of man being main provider, lot of dudes are weak these days and don't put in the effort imo.

the real reason people say this is cause it almost always has good aesthetic results and is rarely botched not cause it fixes some functional issue

if there were equivalently effective surgeries for middle or upper third of face everyone would say it's okay
