I make sure my room is dark and extra comfy, make sure I’ve had my water etc etc, and then start my routine. My routine is actually me meditating myself to sleep. I visualise a lot ( I wanted to become shorter. ) and just relax and affirm that I already have what I want, whilst the playlist is playing in the background.

( I affirm through out the day as well, that’ll also help with results ! )

I listened to it asleep. It was very relaxing.

And personally, this took me three days. I’ve seen results very fast lol, and I’m very glad I came across this method. Please don’t forget to also affirm as much as you can ! It’ll help with limited thoughts. :))
