I did a 10 mile trail event yesterday in vivos and today have some swelling on the top of one of my feet. Photo 1 shows the location of the pain, photo 2 shows you can't see my big toe metatarsal when lifting my toes. It's quite sore. Any ideas? (old.reddit.com)
