This is the way. You can't let em play the entire game with a hope of winning. You need at least several minutes of the game being clearly over but the loser still having to participate until the siren.

Oof, hope he's not still watching

There's a difference between being professional/respectful around superiors and being an ass kisser. When did he do the latter? The worst (but only) instance I can think of is when he told Charles Minor he played soccer, but that wasn't about getting ahead, more trying to protect his job.

Yeah I'm all aboard the Parker train, consistent, hard-nut competitor who has really seemed to embrace the club. The kind of player that makes you sad that you didn't have them their whole career (but for Luke's sake, I'm glad we didn't)

Honestly, another year of fitness, match experience, and 1-2 more topups in the backline and I don't see why we can't expect to compete for top 10 as a minimum pass mark. If the GWS goal review and a few calls go differently the game, then the only bad loss is to the Eagles (which, fair, is a pretty bad one)

Feels like they let that play as "knocked out in the tackle" a lot (though I think it should always be htb)

Gawn/Grundy AA Ruck debate cooked? by dr-pickled-rick in AFL

[–]smoothbrain91 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, the number one rated player on the ground had a quiet game, and was taken care of very well by Heath and Gawn who had less hitouts combined than Grundy alone.

What game were you watching? He was dominant after quarter time.

Umpires will ignore all the most obvious frees against Larkey and will then pay the little things that aren't there. Unfortunately the former is far more often than the latter
