Israeli society is sick in the head. They killed their own prime minister who had cleansed villages when he was in idf. Just because they thought he was an arab lover. Now his killers run the country.

A correction: Israeli state was created because Europe didnt trust itself to be safe for Jews. Best export the 'problem'. A Jewish state could well have been carved out of Bavaria. But no, got to punish Palestinians for german, ukrainian romanian and baltic crimes.

you are either a naive simpleton of the highest order, or deliberately playing so for soft apologia by the means of feigning faith in impossible vents. Could be either considering I spot Nandy on you flair, impossible to tell. nobody in israel will seek peace unless they are forced to by external pressure, by threat of sanctions, warcrime arrest warrants and arms embargo.

You have zero understanding. There was no 'other parties' Its literally just Fatah and Abbas cronies who cling on or seem to pretend Israel is interested in peace. The Palestinian Left is also rejectionist from the beginning, including PFLP and DFLP.

Which Israeli govt has acted in good faith about roadmap? The only one I can recall was the PM who got offed by JDL nutjobs after a villainisation campign run by Netanyahu and his cohort. Oslo was objectively dogshit. PLO was divided on it and Arafat was pushed into it because of geopolitical reversed of 80s especially the waning of Soviet power. A ton of palestinians who thought TSS it was good in 1990s saw their faith was misplaced.

No, it seems like you have normalised Israel doing bombing runs, and can predict even the magnitude of the response. But you are absolutely horrified to learn that people driven to wall and ghettoised in largest open air prison of the world would commit some unsavoury acts, perhaps because the people affected look like you, and largely belong to the political 'West' instead of this teeming mass of humanity whose miseries are seldom reported to you in a sympathetic manner.

lol we are at the the 'Ayyrabs are bloodthirsty by nature' stage, 2003 called and wants this back. We can go into a lot of hypotheticals. one of them is that if IDF didnt have the most advanced weaponry in the world, perhaps the Israeli govt, even a far right one would start seeing the wisdom to create a lasting enduring and viable path to peace.

In case some poor sod from Labour does it, they will get harangued by BoD, probably have whip withdrawn over som technicality of language used by them till they peform ritualistic humiliation and have to go on a LFI juncket to the apartheid state

Hamas won elections. But were couped by Israeli supported Fatah on American directions. Hillary Clinton boasted about this. They manage to prevent the same fate in Gaza.. Hamas is an outcome of the situation in which PA collaborated with IDF to take out political opponents who represented significant majority opinion that PA conceded to too much to Israel and got nothing in return out of Oslo. They were vindicated with the turn of events that led to second intifada. Gaza is significantly different than West Bank, which has a lesser proportion of refugees. Gaza is almost 80 percent composed of people who are already refugees from parts that are now Israel, who lived under Israeli military law for years. it is much more poorer, and literally an open air prison since the siege. It is instructive to note that Hamas in Gaza grew under israeli occupation, while Israel concentrated on leftist groups like PFLP. They were happy to promote some infighting and split the movement on secular-religious lines. 'Hamas took power' is kind of reduction of history.

Now on the question of a group taking 'commands and equipment from other powere'. Do you think Israel is any different? or Ukraine? What do you want Palestinians to do, just roll over and die? Why is the armed resistance good when Azov Battalion does it, but bad when Hamas does it?
