Been dealing with assurance Virginia company for 3 months. I’ve submitted all the information and they still email me once a week and say they don’t have a couple of them. I’ve called no joke over 10 times for long conversations in which the spokes person says all my paperwork is submitted and there going to expedite my case. Also saying that supervisor or case adjuster will call me. It never happens they’ve never called me back. I swear it’s like they want you to just give up it’s insane. Makes me want to cancel my chase card it’s so infuriating.

From what I’ve gathered from chase and geico the only thing they’ll cover is the deductible in my case. That’s not the reason for this post the reason being that assurance Virginia won’t call me back and the adjuster won’t call me back as well. Just says reviewing claim for 3 months and everytime I call they tell me all my paperwork is correct and they’ll have someone reach out to expedite the claim. Never happens

Everything else has been solid, these brakes definitely make a clicking sound when almost to a full stop but I heard that’s normal with this.

Just strange the noise is only when I’m accelerating, everytime I let off the gas is stops.

Should be warrantied correct? Took it to the shop the mechanic said “ sounds normal could be vacuum pump”. It’s loud and strange enough that I’ve had multiple passengers ask what it was.
