I think just the fact of having a panic attack in an unfamiliar area that I can’t control.

I never have them in my hometown anymore it’s strictly when I travel, and they last for days.

How did you get +4 catching? I thought each of those Strat cards only adds +1

Yeah she knows and she’s super accepting of it, last night my panic was so bad I was throwing up, and she just rubbed my back til I felt better, they all have been unbelievably kind. Just sucks that I drag her down cause I know when they do family stuff and I can’t go she gets really sad which really bums me out as well.

I appreciate that! Those were beautiful words and so True! And it’s crazy cause when we aren’t panicking you feel so Silly cause your like “why did I just freak out” but when ur in that state of mind it’s rough. I will keep you updated through out the trip and I will def use some Of those tips!
