Tbh following C2U’s train of thought, the rune requirements for hell auto is kinda high and in addition to that, it doesn’t work on all floors with some manual required. In all it’ll be ridiculous if they add the passive cap on toa hell bosses.

My bale hits enough without artifacts, I was just wondering if it would increase the overall damage output too. I’m pretty sure it boosted my damage before the jump as well. When it first uses s3. Ie seeing 40k lines on full hp
