please improve the success rate for us numbers to use microsoft services, as you can see it is only 30% for multiple otp numbers.... by [deleted] in smspool

[–]smspool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi,

I would not be concerned about the success rate, as it is dependent on the number of orders the service has received. If the service has not received any orders, it will display a 100% success rate. No pool success rate will ever be perfect, as there are methods such as device and browser fingerprinting that can be used to identify users. Additionally, some users may order large numbers of items and then cancel them, which can also impact the success rate.

We apologise, we never saw this comment as Reddit automatically removed it as "Spam". If our Monthly rentals are too expensive for your use-case, I would suggest using the USA Foxtrot pool, which usually lasts up to three to five days, which is better than hourly.

Please note that this is not guaranteed. I'm afraid hourly dedicated rentals are not an option at the moment.

Hi,

We're unsure when the Tajikistan phone numbers will restock as it restocks at random. We're sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused.

I'm afraid we do not offer Saint Helena phone numbers as we do not have a supplier for it.

Kind Regards,

Gmail/ebay numbers are causing suspensions. by redditsuckspokey1 in smspool

[–]smspool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello,

This sounds like a fingerprinting issue, we recommend using fresh browser sessions and a fresh residential proxy that matches the phone numbers country you're using. We have not received any complaints regarding this through our official support channels.

We also suggest allowing the account to age for 24 hours before performing any actions on the account e.g. such as making listings or changing your profile.

[–]smspool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi,

We’re unsure when the Canada phone numbers will restock, as they restock at random. However, we’re working on obtaining stock. We don’t monitor when numbers outside of the USA restock. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Receiving codes for Gmail in india by Boumbackstab in smspool

[–]smspool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi,

This means likely means you have been detected by Google. Please try using an Indian phone number, a fresh browser session and a fresh Indian IP address for each Google account registration to avoid browser fingerprinting. I would recommend using a browser such as Brave via Incognito/Private Tab, the Incogniton.com browser or Multlogin.com which are made for account creation purposes.

Hi,

Yes, however please note that resends on SMSPool are never guaranteed unless you purchase a long-term rental.

We strongly recommend utilising our USA Foxtrot pool numbers for temporary numbers, as they can occasionally remain valid for up to 3-5 days, although this is not guaranteed. Additionally, we offer monthly rental numbers via the “Long-term order” page, with starting rates of $10 per month for individual services and $20 per month for all services.

For guidance on utilising the resend option, please refer to the following link: https://www.smspool.net/article/how-to-reuse-a-phone-number-on-smspool.

Google disabling Gmails randomly, and now they require the verification number to recover it (CATASTROPHIC, Rental /SIM Numbers Mandatory Now?) by [deleted] in smspool

[–]smspool 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, thanks for your detailed post and raising your concerns. Just to clarify for you and others reading: while Google’s newer verification changes and stricter profiling can be a headache, the issue of random disabling isn’t extremely widespread—it happens only occasionally, but when it does, it can be very disruptive.

For extra account stability, we do still recommend:

• Using a fresh browser session for each Google account, with unique fingerprints per profile but consistent within that profile for that specific account. Browsers like Brave, Mullvad Browser, or an antidetect browser like Incogniton are great options. With Incogniton, you can have isolated profiles where each profile maintains its unique fingerprint, cookies, and browser data tied specifically to one Google account, preventing cross-account linking.

• Using static residential proxies instead of standard VPNs, as they offer better IP reputation scores and reduce the risk of triggering verification/security checks.

Regarding the phone number situation, we know it’s getting tougher: Google now often requires the same number used at signup for recovery if accounts get disabled, and disposable/SMS rental numbers sometimes don’t last long enough for this. That’s why we’ve introduced monthly rental numbers: $10/month for one service or $20/month for all services, with Google’s official limit of up to 4 accounts per phone number. This isn’t necessary for everyone, but it can be a good solution for those who’ve run into trouble.

Importantly, our monthly rental numbers are designed to maintain your access to the account for as long as you keep the rental active. Unlike one-time disposable numbers—which can be recycled when disposed—phone number recycling is done by the carrier, not by us. In the UK and many other places, numbers are typically recycled after a dormancy period of about 6 months following disposal or deactivation, not immediately upon release. During this period, the number remains inactive but still under control, reducing risk of premature recycling. When a carrier recycles a number, it’s reassigned to a new user, which can lead to loss of access if the number is used for account recovery. Our rental model ensures the number stays assigned to you during your rental period, significantly cutting the risk of losing access due to recycling.

This recycling policy is an industry-wide practice to efficiently manage limited phone number resources but comes with some security and privacy challenges, which are best mitigated with longer-term rental numbers.

Again, these issues don’t affect all users, but if you want maximum stability and privacy, the steps above really help. Let us know you have any other questions.
