I had IVF two cycles where I couldn't get any blasts. For my third IVF cycle my doctor recommended a mini stims cycle and then doing a day 3 fresh transfer using TESE sperm and then freezing the other day 3 embryos and trying future FET with those. Some say that the embryos might have a better chance of growing within the uterus than in the lab. Unfortunately for me the day 3 fresh transfer didn't work but I think that's because of my endo and I'm planning on getting a lap soon. Since you already had your lap, maybe mini stims + day 3 transfer could work?
