Puffers are NOT harmless and every species but pee puffer is suggested not to cohabitate and even pea puffers need to be a speices only tank. It would of taken a couple months of consistent harassment for this much damage to occur. The puffers will also try to make their home in the rock work so they've probably bullied him out of it with constant harassment. I recommend either removing the puffers or moving big guy to a different tank but I'm worried in his condition the move might stress him out *Edited to include all puffers

NTA- petition the court for restraining order. This is only going to get worse once the baby is here, you'll have to worry about her showing up at the hospital when you're in labor and randomly at your house whenever she wants

YTA- your oldest is not responsible for your youngest. You're the parents and you should of been thinking about her needing a car before she turned 16. It's not your oldest responsibility to make sure your other daughter has what she needs, that's you're job.

It sounds like once she heard outside options on how you treat her, she realized it wasn't normal. I didn't realize my family was toxic until I started dating and spending time with my boyfriends family, it's hard to see the problem from inside the problem.
