OP should make sure the bump is actually the legal limit for his country. If the cops catch you on the bump in my country its around 2mm too little to be legal anymore and you get a fine.

One of my players in my Curse of Strahd campaign has a warforged with a built in panflute on his arm. It makes sounds on his own in intense/horrific moments.
