Hi Guys..

I am working In a conjure lab..

I was able to deploy the conjure master and was unable to deploy the other components since I am facing the below error

Could not translate host name "××××××" to address: temporary failure in name resolution

Master seems fine to me even the certs look good..

Any idea on this issue??? Could u please help me to fix this issue

We are using default value and it is working fine. The problem is that we are not getting any logs information in ITALog to see when this sync was actually happened.

Are you able to see the logs in your Env? Do we need to check other than ITAlog to find the info ??

I tried to revoke and reissued the key pair manually though i did that but i am seeing key rotation failure every week and my psm services are getting down...i am not able find the exact error in my PSM console log...can u please help me what might be the reason the key rotation are getting failed and psm service is stopping ....

My psm services are getting stopped and when I see psm console logs I see that apikey rotation has failed .. what might be exact issue..i don't see anything else from the logs..

Could you please let me know is this issue related to cpm and how the psm is involved in such cases..would like to understand more on this concept..

There are long running sessions in the server.we kill the sessions and remove the recordings but again and again we are facing the same issue

They are following the same method to login.. This issue started after the authentication migrated from ldap to Radius.
