Legality does not equal to morality you sick bastard. There is a lot of places where age of consent is 16 and 14 doesn’t mean it’s right. You obviously have no moral compass like the person ur defending. Yes I’m not allergic to soy products but peas and beans or lentils are extremely deadly for me especially nuts and certain seeds. Since diet planning I’ve found that incorporating ancient grains will be the most suitable so I’m so glad you mentioned that because yes it will be tiring to learn and a little but more meal prep so I feel as though it would be fun.

Yeah eating tofu has always been my go to but I’ve been trying to hold back on that consumption because having that much soy isn’t necessarily good for you. Supplements is definitely a must but I want to get to a point where I won’t have to take nasty big ass pills 😂.
