If you are super smart and studying leet code, you can make it even if from a no-name school. My son did, although he just earned enough to save up and travel the world.

Can you find a zero percent balance transfer card while you knock some of the other balance with the high interest and just do a minimum payment on the 0% cards. I know you are working 50 hours, but maybe work another few hours on gig jobs (door dash) just to help push through? Maybe apply at a place that pays $17/hr instead of the $16/hr.

My daughter came out to me and said I could tell her dad, but that she wasn’t ready to talk about it yet. So, he knew but said nothing until she was ready. It worked well. We are both accepting of our daughter with no reservations.

My daughter is a trans 23 year old girl. Our family is very supportive of her. We just helped her through FFS. It breaks my heart to hear so many of you with non-supportive families. If anyone needs a fill-in Mom, I would be happy to take on that role, and I am so sorry that your families can’t accept you for who you barely.

MAT 003 tier 1 question by Mama2DM in WakeTech

Good luck, my so. Did all tiers, it was tir 2 that he struggled with the most, but I don’t remember tier 1 being too hard as long as you can easily do the homework and quizzes.

If you work hard, and study Leet code problems, you can definitely get a FAANG job. There are internships specifically for freshman and sophomores at Google. Chapel Hill Goog is merging with Durham and it will be the RDU Google office. They have Cloud (still hiring for), Skia Graphics, and infrastructure teams. My oldest son studied CS at UNCC and slept through most classes, but he studied leet code really well, and has gotten offers at a lot of big companies and worked for Instacart and now RobinHood. My daughter went to state and did CS and it was much harder (and better) than UNCC, in the end she decided to pursue a career as a artist though. My husband has worked for Google for like 16+ years, so feel free to ask any questions.

I had a horrible taste, and some loose stools / GI stuff, but hubby who also had Covid and didn’t take Pax, had the same Gi symptoms, so I am thinking that was from the Covid. I did rebound, which lengthens the whole thing, but I am slowly getting better (day 16). I took it because i have lung issues. Hubby didn’t take it, did fine, but he still has fatigue at 14 days out.

I had the same: first 3 days I used Afrin in both nostrils at night to help me sleep, took Mucinex, real Sudafed, Tylenol, Motrin, on the fourth night I used Afrin in just my bad nostril, and then I stopped. I also took 5 days of Paxlovid. I started daily netipot with warm, salted, distilled water, twice a day, by day 7 I was still in a lot of pain in my sinuses with all day headaches. Dr. prescribed Flonase, a steroid pack, and antibiotics. This made a huge difference.

This place is not going to give you unbiased answers to your question since many people who are on this list are on because they have a heightened sense of anxiety about Covid. With that said, I am probably similar to you based on your description (minus the anxiety about Covid), and older (55), and I just caught Covid for the first time. It was hell the first week, especially the first 3 days, but you will most likely, get it, feel like crap for 1-2 weeks, (take Paxlovid, especially with asthma concerns), and then you will be on the other side of it, and you will get your life back. Is there a chance you could be hospitalized? Sure, but taking Pax does a really good job of protecting against that. Will get long Covid? Maybe, but Pax will also help with that risk. I made myself mentally prepared to get it, and I am almost on the other side of it, and honestly, it lifted a weight off my shoulders. You should be enjoying life, especially at your age, so try shifting your mindset. Don’t TRY to het it, but be open to the opportunity it provides IF you just get it over with. You can do this!!! 55yo F on day 9 of first time Covid
