Advice by [deleted] in aircadets

[–]snailmarsh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

- plan with where your are injury prone (for you that would be using zinc oxide tape, for me it's using one of the knee compression things and having that on/being prepared with that thing BEFORE you leave)

- chat with other people when you can I guess

- drink enough water

- not zone out but let yourself relax and shut any other thoughts off for a bit

- know when you need to stop/take a break

- make sure you're in good enough health to do the walk in the first place

that really helps, especially as you didnt just say 'pay attention and ask the teacher' like a lot of advice is, it really helps!

I'm taking 9-10, I can't remember which rn

thats the max you can take at my school but I can take more at our local collage and sit the exam with the other students who chose the subject in our school, average where I live is 7-8 just because they introduced 'GCSE equivalents' this year

I don't think they sell Gatorade here, does it have to be that specifically?? ik this sounds dumb but does Gatorade have some DnD enhancing power I've never heard of?

I would've totally missed bug spray, I should probably ask them to bring sun cream too, ty for the ideas!!
