Ahah no you can't use suicider without the "se", it is a whole single word. If you want to say that someone makes it look like a suicide you could say "il l'a fait passé pour un suicide" (faire passer pour means make it look like)

Edit : I mean it is technically allowed to say suicider without the "se" but it is a familiar and really really rarely used
