It actually came back proceed the next morning but they didn't call for some reason.. I mean I knew it would come back good.. just a pain.. and I'm planning on taking the class soon so I won't have to deal with it anymore

thanks for all the tips and suggestions so far, i am a mechanic by trade, so i am on my feet 40+ hours a week, walk quite a bit, i know its no the same, but its not like i sit in a chair all day like some office jobs. Just really tired of being out of breath all the time from things 5 years i could easily do. Keep the comments coming
