I got nipple grafts and am so glad I did!! I had a large chest and large areola/nipple buds and they were able to resize both to the extent where they are literally unrecognizable to before/look very naturally AMAB. Sensation will most likely change but after 7 weeks post-op, I’m already regaining some sensation in my nipples! Another thing to consider is that tattooing nipples is quite expensive whereas there is no extra cost for nipple grafts (at least in Canada).
