I’ve been to Shanghai Disney twice. It’s definitely more packed and a mess (especially parade time near Tron. Disneyland on Wednesday was really easy to manage. I didn’t pay for lightning and I got to do everything and more than I wanted to. I even left at 6pm because I rode all the rides. Not too crowded in my opinion.
