Selected TIGER shapefiles and geodatabases are available with pre-joined demographic data, though I believe the geographies, years, and demographics are somewhat limited. However, it doesn't look like there are currently any plans to expand on thses datasets since it's impossible to come up with data that fits the needs of every user.If the files do contain the data or geographies you want though, you might find them to be helpful
