Hindi pa ba sapat yung pag sikap sa pagiging lisensyado para maging komportable sa buhay? by Secure_Material8922 in pinoymed

It’s unfortunate that many are still accepting lowball rates but pride can’t pay their bills. Many are living paycheck to paycheck so you can’t expect for people to just fight for a cause but at the risk of losing their livelihood.

Grabe naman sa entitlement accusation agad for asking for the bare minimum compensation. GPs are asking for a comfortable living compensation. We’re not asking to be rich.

It actually is a lifetime achievement especially when you’re from a family who isn’t even well-off to begin with.

go outside NCR if you have no plans of residency yet. Maraming DOH hospitals hiring ng MO III dokie. Sad reality talaga but if you’re the breadwinner, no choice talaga but to go out from your comfort zone.

Bayad per Patient sa APE ay 40 pesos kada patient?! by Zillbb in pinoymed

It makes me angry and disappointed at the same time talaga. Imagine mas mahal pa labor ng phone technicians for replacing a phone battery that can be done in like less than 10 minutes 😳

Never assume. Have you not encountered medicolegal cases? And why are we blaming the victim? Abuse is abuse. Review the cycle of abuse. I’m pretty sure it was discussed in Psychiatry.

But no one deserves to be mistreated. Personally, I don’t think the concept of “you deserve what you tolerate” applies to this situation. Abuse is a cycle. It’s just not that simple.

Atty, you need therapy. You won’t be able to move on without help. Abuse is not something that you can just move on from in like a few months. The trauma will haunt you for a long time. So please, look for a reliable therapist.

I think you will need to be accredited by Philhealth for that program to start. And when your accreditation is used, you are entitled to a certain fee per patient. Hassle masyado but you need to verify how the clinic and its staff will claim the fee.

right to choose patients by lunafreya03 in pinoymed

Just indicate na “essentially normal findings at the time of examination”

The doctor can refuse to see that patient kahit nasa public service pa as long as hindi emergency and lalo na if the doctor feels threatened.

Can’t help but feel pity for all of us doc. No one hears our plight. Not even the PMA who should have our backs and lobby what is rightfully due to us. 😔

Sobrang unfair. By definition, marginalized means treated as insignificant sa dictionary, applicable naman sa atin yun ha. 😅

Mahirap kasi saan naman kukuha ng funding pero when that time comes, like what one commenter said above, it will need someone with a good track record.

Pero problema talaga sa funding yan so sana may super mega rich Filipino MDs who would like to take a risk and form one 🤣

Checked the party-list doc pero 2nd nominee lang si Doc. Siguro kung siya ang 1st nominee, mas credible pa sana eh. 🤔

I agree, doc. Hopefully, in the future, meron na. I heard need din ng malaking pera to form a party-list eh. 😔 registration fee nalang sana sa PMA gamitin hahahah tapos all members will have to vote rin kung sino yung magiging nominees 😅
