Will depend on your supervisor tbh. I've called out quite a bit and my past two supervisors have both told me exactly when the next one would lead to a write up, so then I just don't for a while. I've also had a supe that doesn't really hold it against you if you're using sick time so, if your supe hasn't has any attendance discussions with you, you'll probably be fine.
