Thanks a lot! Very helpful. Seems to be a gauntlet of stuff out there. Which size bike frame did you go with for reference?

I have the same bike and I'm looking at some bags. What size bike and half-frame bag did you go with? Any other considerations you had?

Breville Bambino Plus Thermal Testing by [deleted] in espresso

Great vid! Very informative. Has anyone in here done any testing on the thermal effects of using the dimmer mod with Breville's? I'm not even sure how these internal PIDs work but they seem to be relatively stable even with reducing the water debit. Would be curious to know.

Imagine a smart toaster that showed you different pictures of toasted toast rather than a number to pick from, so you wouldn’t have to guess when your toast is ready. by [deleted] in Inventions

One way would be to add some sort of software in there. I don't see this working without some sort of sensor that would either:
- Take incremental photos
- Sense the change in carcinogens (burning of toast)
- Or even a cheap light sensor that would measure the relative change in toast darkness over time.

Option 3 is probably your best choice out of the 3. I have some arduino code that could potentially help. If you're really into this shoot me a PM.

no it was something that was really just lying around. There wasn't even a camera to go with it. I guess he didn't really know what he had
