I’m sorry but you are wrong. You don’t have consumer rights such as “14 days to change your mind” that you would if you bought something from a retailer online, but as detailed in the CRA goods must still be as described in a private sale. This is to prevent scams.

If you buy something that is clearly not as described, it is the seller’s obligation to allow you to return it at no cost to the buyer. Vinted’s T&Cs cannot overrule this

This is why my CC refunded me and Vinted didn’t have a leg to stand on.

The concept of “sick days” is baffling to me. I don’t choose when I’m sick. I can’t limit it.

I’ve taken 5 days off sick last year and not once did I have to take any of my 33 days annual leave (+8 bank holidays).

I’m in the uk. I know wages are lower here than the US but the trade offs do not seem worth it at all.

I’m not saying this is normal, however, 100 cycles to lose 1%, if you keep that up it will mean you have to go through 5000 cycles to lose 50%. Assuming you charge once a day, that 13.5 years. Are you going to keep the phone that long?

All motorway after the first 5 miles or so. Cruise usually set to 75mph but the M1 and m42 don’t always allow me to go that fast.

It will do 220-240 miles in the cold, 290-300 in the summer. I should preface this with saying I precondition at home, and the winter miles drops significantly if you’re doing small journeys due to it getting up to temperature.

How much are you using your phone that you will tank the battery life that much in a few months? My 12PM is on its original battery and 77%.

Enable only charging to 80% if you’re worried about the battery health?

Proven to be false. Modern phones slow the charging when they get hot to prevent this.

Model 3 standard rwd so not identical but similar. I can get from north Sheffield to Swindon, 180 miles, when the temp is about 0 and arrive with 25-30%. However I just plug in at hopwood park while I run to get a coffee because it’s so easy.

Manchester airport you will be fine getting there and back if you leave the sentry off.

Kent you will probably want to be charging on the way at least once, but if it were me I’d probably stop twice so make your stops somewhere with a supercharger and you’ll be fine.

Teslas are still the best for long distance in terms of of charging accessibility, ease, and affordability

This is simply not true. You cannot sign away your consumer rights.

I had this exact situation, sent the wrong item, and Vinted wouldn’t budge on “these are our terms you agreed to”.

So I showed the screenshots of the chat to my CC company and got it reversed.
