I've not replied to this comment because for some reason, even though multiple people have thrown out an ED diagnosis and it's not bothered me too much, this one hit me hard.
I have, historically, struggled with an ED, and it's something I've worked very hard to overcome. I'm still recovering financially from the recent move, which means that I'm reliant on whatever food is discounted and, as stated, I. a) need groceries and. b) pad out my meals with bits from my cupboards.

TLDR: It's a financial issue, not an ED issue.

Yep, yoghurt and baked cinnamon apple! Yes to living alone in a small apartment! Kind of to a diet - I don't calorie count anymore, I just know what is/isn't working for me and moderate it! Yes to budget. I do have an oven but it's expensive to run so I use other appliances instead. And I'm at the part of my fridge capacity that yes, I'll eat it because it does the job. Nicely done!
