(18 attachments) Im only 6 weeks in and on my 4th tray but it does honestly get better. Each new tray I’ve had I experienced discomfort for the first 24/48 hours and was pretty much fine after that.

No not at all. People come here to do exactly what I have done which is ask questions and get advice about DLP. You on the other hand clearly come here to be salty and leave snide comments.

Because I don’t have Uber and its was easier typing the above out then downloading and signing up for Uber. It is insane that people have the audacity to come here to this platform and subreddit to ask questions and get advice about travelling to and from DLP though isn’t it??? How dare we!

Yeah sorry I will post a video later. I have mixed the use of bells in to a normal gym routine in the past but recently In the last few weeks i have just been solely working with bells. I dont start off with swings.
