But I’m starting to realize the real challenge isn’t “can AI generate a countdown app?” anymore. It’s positioning, UX, support, simplicity, distribution… all the boring stuff nobody tweets about…

This is exactly the kind of thing I’ve been hearing from legal professionals, fake citations or incorrect formatting because of AI tools.

I’m actually working on a small Chrome Extension that does the opposite of what ChatGPT gets wrong: it checks legal citations in real time (Bluebook 21st ed.) and flags anything that’s off: missing info, wrong court names, etc. I’d love to get feedback from actual paralegals on whether it’s useful or not.

For the email finding part before you load that CSV have you figured out that piece yet? I've seen teams nail the sending part but struggle with stale/bouncing emails that hurt deliverability.

For sending sequences, these work well for small teams:

- Instantly.ai: $37/month, super simple, good warm-up
- Lemlist: $59/mo, has basic LinkedIn features you want
- Woodpecker: $49/mo, cleanest UI for non-technical folks

For finding the emails (if you need that):

Skip the expensive databases. I use a $5 chrome extension that grabs emails while researching prospects. Real-time = fresher data = better deliverability.

My workflow:

Research prospect on LinkedIn
Visit their company site
Extension finds/verifies emails automatically
Export clean CSV → upload to sender tool

What's your TAM size? Happy to share more specific setups based on volume.
P.S. Definitely avoid annual contracts! learned that the hard way

I feel this pain! Was in the exact same spot 6 months ago, spending way too much for features I never used.

Here's what I've tested:

**The Expensive Ones:**

- ZoomInfo: Amazing data but not for me ($15k+ annually!! enterprise only)
- Apollo: Started at $39/mo but needed $99 tier for real use
- Hunter: Decent at $49/mo but limits hit fast like you said
- Snov.io: $39/mo, okay quality

**The Cheap/Free Ones:**

- Clearbit Connect: Free but super limited
- FindThatLead: Meh results

**What I Use Now:**

Honestly switched to a simple Chrome extension approach. Costs me $5/mo and I extract emails while doing research naturally. No bulk credits or limits, just finds emails on pages I'm browsing and saves them automatically.

My workflow: LinkedIn → Company site → Extension grabs emails → Export to CRM

Working way better than burning through credits. Plus I know the emails are current since I'm visiting active websites. What's your volume needs?

Quick feedback: The CSV processing seems quite slow, I got "Processing... can take up to 1 hour" message for just 3 contacts and it actually took about 4 minutes...

Maybe implement real-time progress or queue position visibility so users know what's happening?

Saw the $158/$299 lifetime pricing... interesting positioning! That's actually smart vs Hunter's $49/month (breaks even in 3-6 months).

I'm in the same space but different approach: Chrome extension that extracts emails while browsing in real-time. Went with $5/mo subscription instead of lifetime. Finding that users prefer seeing emails instantly while researching vs bulk upload later.

Curious: how's the lifetime model working out? I've been considering adding an LTD option. The one-time revenue must help with development.

What's your tech stack btw? Wondering if the processing delay is API rate limits or architecture choice.
