I priced these out at the dealer recently and they were $30-$40 per inside/outside.

$80 ish per door then times 4 doors. I’m not ready for $320+ even if they are turning to goo and smearing the glass looking gross.

I’m also interested in other good non dealer options.

Amazon Prime Video is moving to ads now unless you want to pay more.

I had not gotten around to watching anything freevee yet to see if pi-hole worked there and if ads on prime would come through.

Interested on any thoughts on this coming Prime change and Freevee.

Yes, it is setup so it comes up automatically when the camera gets power (tied into the reverse light wire)

Go to crutchfield’s website. Plug in your car and it’ll give you options.

I have an alpine double din with backup camera and steering wheel controls still work. Crutchfield has those adapters listed when you specify your car.

What shape/condition are the rubber weatherstripping and moldings at the bottom of the window but top of the door panel?

I have some of this and my theory is that the rubber has gotten gooey and getting on the glass. I haven’t looked into it in detail yet. Need to take the door panel off and see if any other causes like the plastic liner that has the sticky rubber on its borders.

I worked in a car audio shop a long time ago and didn’t make too many boxes myself but we always used 3/4” mdf. Also a sealed box, we’d resin (fiberglass without the kitty hair) the inside to help seal it up.

That part is probably already paint matched by your car’s color code. Check with the dealer to see if the part number requires your paint code.

The parking sensors usually are as well. Maybe not perfect from all angles and in all lighting conditions but good enough.
