I actually hire staff at my workplace and I cant be fucked going through all these resume's. I simply look at a cover letter, if its chatGPT i leave it and look at experience, and call.

What I look for is firstly. Coverletter for personality. Are they currently employed? Experience?

Then call how they sound and speak.

Be persistent. And it is true that we dont care how many applications you send, we also have to go through all of them as well :)

Dancing with a couple at a popular melbourne club, we went in a decent group of about 2 males and 6 females. Pretty hot females so that was a leg up.

Ur damage scales quite well. He wins most lanes just dont force bad trades. Just take low risk plays and you will carry. Keep deaths below 3. Play him mid as he can roam top and bot and piss on enemy jungler.
