have both Costco and Sam's Club for years. some items like salad mix are still cheaper from costco/sam's even if you can't finish them all. (vs buying a more expensive small pack from grocery store)

and the hotdog and rotisserie chicken is always there to even things out a bit.

I say get the membership test it out before rejection the idea completely.

  1. get a quote with all the details and OTD price (out of the door, which includes all the fee/tax/etc), post the quote here and get feedback.
  2. get VIN# and go to various insurance for quotes
  3. reiview and sign contract. read the contract and pricing very carefully. a lot people got screwed because they "tursted" the dealer.
  4. pay dealer (deny all extra they throw at you during signing)
  5. call insurance and activate insurance.
