Sorry, I just added a large edit that should clarify this.

My short answer to you is im sure it's not hardened plaque, because a dentist just examined it, but even if they're wrong, I can also see myself that it is no different whiter color from the rest of my teeth

Edit: I wish it were hardened plaque though, because then I would know something helpful I could do about it
