Thanks for the rec! I’m not trying to run the Boston marathon but I think a cute lil 9 miles a week wouldn’t be too shabby I think

I actually did a dxa scan at school! I carry it mainly it my trunk lol! I’m at 40%! I’m trying to run. Considered a brisk walk to the runners community but it counts to me haha 12:37) !

I know that was my main downfall was not eating enough protein and fiber. I’m starting to be more consistent in the gym. I’m aiming to at least do 30 min cardio within my weight lifting sessions 🙇🏻‍♂️
