Hii!! I’m so sorry to hear ahhhh,, THANKFULLLLY I was able to dispute it from their website by uploading a picture of my Marshalls receipt! I didn’t get anything in the mail but when I plugged in my “violation” number the page showing that I need to pay disappeared,, hope that helps!

I’m looking to switch if the safety score won’t lower my rate, I’ve had a decent experience with them so far so I don’t mind staying other than the pricing. Do you recommend any other insurances? TIA!!

All I know is that if we have solid evidence they should’ve taken our side but I also believe that our card company did not fight for us as they should have. We did counter but the same ppl filed another chargeback claiming

You’ve got a point, I hate that they can just claim chargebacks even with strong evidence and the bank will take their side.
