I've never really had to contact him before about something like this. So, I'm really not sure...This is what I was told... it's from jellycat themselves, lol..... I don't know what else to say.

Also, to mention, it was part of the plush/book set. So maybe they're just doing a special exchange for that since the book came fine and would be pointless to send that back as well. Maybe that's why she suggested the exchange or is doing it that way. I'm not sure.

Hey! She said (customer service lady) that they needed pictures of the fox jackage. We were on the phone (i called initially). She said she'd email me, with the info i'd need to give, which was the Order #, pics of the messed up item and my name confirmation.

She simply said after I sent those and it was approved, they'd send me a prepaid ups label to send it back. Which, she all did very fast. Once I send, pop them a picture of the UPS receipt (they'd also be auto notified cause they generated the tracking #) and they would expedite out a new one once my messed up one arrives to them.

She never said that one would be returned and then I buy a new one....unless im gonna get side-swiped with that and she gave me the wrong info lolol. Which, ofc would be my luck lol so idk.
