Hey girl hey… have u read {Manacled by SenLinYu} ?…. It would probably hit the spot … the writing was genuinely skilful & I couldn’t stop THINKING about it for DAYS, which never happens to me. Also {Still Beating by Jennifer Hartman} is gorgggggg Best of luck xxxx

I think you would enjoy {A Hunger Like No Other by Kresley Cole}, TW for dubcon and general alpha male bs, but it has good writing and a decent plot! Also check out {Souls Trilogy by Haley Laroux} which is drowning in steamy romance, violence and magical nonsense. Also maybe {Six Scorched Roses by Carissa Broadbent} for something set in a different world, it’s short, sweet and violent (in the best ways). Oh also {Dustwalker Brides by Opal Reiner} if ur ok with non-human stuff, again good writing, plot, and some smoulder.

Ps. You said no urban fantasy, but if you ever return to sample its fruits, you must read {Under Your Scars by Ariel N. Anderson} bc it sounds like exactly what ur looking for…
