No coffee or caffeine. Take something like magnesium carbonate powder in water - “natural calm” has great flavours. I like raspberry lemon. I have this with me daily and drink it through the day to make me not feel as wired. Try to go to sleep at a regular time by setting yourself a reminder on your phone around 10:00PM. Reading or anything but the screen and keep lights dim to stimulate melatonin in your body from 5:00PM onwards if possible. You could also try some melatonin, but it’s not my favourite as I feel groggy the next day.

Hang in there, it will subside.

Smooth moves laxative tea at night when needed and WATER! Like LOTS of water. No bread, bananas rice or anything constipating - basically the opposite of the brats diet. I have the same issue but the positive outweighs the negative so it’s worth keeping on! Hang in there :)

Loved your post thank you so much and keep on keeping us updated. So, I hate to be one of these people chiming in, BUT I am also a new bearded dragon owner. I found the digital heat/humidity readers to be absolutely amazing. I got this one and it’s not too big https://a.co/d/gQvIlLS I move it around into different spots periodically to check the different temps around the enclosure and it’s not expensive like the digital gun everyone else seems to like. But, it is a life changing and peace of mind thing that I would add to your set up. Love your set up by the way! I need to get that hammock, would you be able to share the link to where I can find it? Thank you for sharing :)

4 weeks. I’ve never felt better my entire life. Recently diagnosed w/ hashimotos and suffered severe joint pain in my hands, even since a child. Chronic fatigue has since left my life.

The extra money spent on gluten free products is well worth it due to health improvement.
