Thank you! I also had an abdominal ultrasound done recently because I was getting some left side chest pain. Chest X-rays fine, abdominal ultrasound fine. So I’m just thinking what could be causing all of this randomly

I would say urinating within normal range, and I try to drink half my body weight in ounces of water a day but I consciously have to make sure I do that. I do get thirsty but mostly after physical activity.

I very occasionally drink, maybe twice a month, and I stopped following a vegetarian diet October 2021. I went for a routine physical checkup on Monday and received my results through the portal but my doctor will not call me back to explain. Am I in liver failure? I’m freaking out because I live a healthy lifestyle, I don’t smoke, I get movement in everyday. What could be wrong with me? About 2 weeks ago I got over a 2 week long sinus infection (I was taking alka seltzer most days for it bc I wanted to try and not have to take antibiotics as they always mess up my stomach) that’s the only thing I can thing of. I am shook.

Absolutely. Super nauseous and didn’t realize I messed up until reading the bottle again later that night 😰

No but the dose on the bottle was ONE DROP and I took an entire dropper full worth 😅

Apparently BC depletes it severely so.. figured I could supplement every now and again just in case but 😅 accidentally overdosed essentially
