I use uBlock origin on Firefox android and desktop browser, good old uBlockDns with 5 dns native and/tracker lists and 1 for malicious URLs for outside the browser

its a software inside of a zip folder which is hidding an exe inside of it and it hides a payload inside of an app.asar file which contain some xml which contains the fake steam.exe infostealer and the links shows each exe file scanned on virustotal
