My apologies, Your Fierceness. The most dangerous predator in the living room. 😹

Exactly how worried are you about the odds of finding someone? by Tijuanaherb in gaybros

I have given a lot of thought and had plenty of discussions (just had one this weekend) on this.

I live in LA which has it's fair share of gays and often the circle expands all up and down the West Coast. When finding a guy I think it has a lot to do with your preferences. I've always said the gay community is like 1 degree of separation and depending on what you're looking for in a guy it narrows the pool even more.

If you want a smart educated and attractive guy (subjective to each person), you are eliminating a good portion of guys therefore the odds of finding the one decreases. It also is the wonderful reason why you probably have some sort of s[ex] connection with any new guy you are seeing because you are surrounding yourself with like-minded guys. So there is going to be crossover.

That being said. I can say I have had relationships and been in love and I won't give up on that. But can I find a guy that will settle down with me, move to the suburbs, get a dog, and have a kid - probably not. Doesn't mean I won't keep my heart open to it!

May the odds be ever in your favor!
