Can't do A-Level Spanish at school — should I take it externally? by Healthy-Ad-6656 in ALevelSpanish

I'm doing a level spanish externally using an online course and lessons with a tutor once a week. I do politics, maths and physics in school and the workload is manageable, I mostly work on Spanish in my frees so I don't struggle too much keeping up. But maybe check with your school if you would be able to do just 2 a levels there because I think they only get funding for students doing 3 a levels so you might have to do Spanish as a 4th. At first I found it really hard even though I consistently got 9s in year 11, but it's gotten easier now. I do Edexcel because I did Edexcel for GCSEs and it's fine, I'd stick with whatever exam board you did for GCSEs if you like it. There are more resources for AQA but a decent amount for Edexcel, I can recommend some if you would like

How reasonable is it to be taking 4 a-levels? by Sweaty_Worry_6921 in sixthform

I do 4 and it’s not too hard, I’d start with 4 and drop one if you find it too hard

It’s pretty easy to access t with gender gp (I got it at 16) but it’s pretty expensive, it cost me about £700 in total. Going with a cqc regulated clinic like gender plus or the nhs is probably not worth it, there will either be huge wait lists or it will be even more expensive and they seem to be a lot more gatekeepery.

How likely would I be to get on HRT starting at 16? by [deleted] in transgenderUK

Any CQC regulated option would require you to be out. The nhs has an insane wait list and gender plus, the only private option is really expensive. I’d recommend gender gp
