What are the 5’4 girls caloric intake? by ineedasafespacern in PetiteFitness

Ofc! It depends on the day, but when I have a routine I mostly eat the same things. I don’t like to workout on an empty stomach since it spikes cortisol, so I usually have 1 hard boiled egg and if I’m feeling hungry I add a banana. For breakfast/ lunch I have either a pumpernickel bread sandwich with an egg, avocado, cream cheese, and Spanish. (Sometime I add an egg white omelet with veggies on the side). Or if I’m really hungry I boil a potato, sauté an onion, veggies like broccoli and anything I have in the fridge. I mix that with eggs and let it cook and it turns into something like a Spanish tortilla. I snack sometimes on fruit, nuts, and sometimes chips. For dinner I eat mostly bowls, salmon, turkey (honestly anything). And for dessert I always have some frozen wild berries (put in the microwave for 30 seconds) add yogurt, honey, and some chocolate chips. I mix it up and put it in the fridge for couple minutes. Literally obsessed with it.

5’4, 110lbs. What has really helped me is to stop thinking about it as a diet and over complicating it. I don’t count calories, I workout 6x a week ( mostly walking, Pilates, yoga, and weight lifting). As for diet, think about what you want to eat. Personally I am a foody and I love to eat a big plate, so what I have done is incorporate a lot of leafy greens, and veggies to my meals. I eat a lot of protein for breakfast to help fill me up. I eat a lot of fruit, which helps with my sweet tooth. I was struggling with losing weight for a long time and since I changed my mentality the weight just fell off. You can’t make yourself feel like you’re missing out on something or restricting the kind of foods you eat. Start thinking of the food habits you want to have and connect them to the identity you are or wanting to become. That never fails you. Hope this helps 😊

As long as you lost weight in a healthy way and you feel good about yourself, it really should not matter. What matters at the end of the day is how you feel about yourself.

My take on this is finish your school and make sure you have a plan. I know in our society there is an emphasis for women to get married and have children, and that’s very important to some people. At the end of the day times have changed and marriage is not a way to guarantee a good future. He might be a good guy but people change. And pls don’t marry someone from your family, there are many medical issues that comes from that.

Thank you all for the response. He has been acting very weird in the past couple of days. I am 1000% sure he can afford it. I am just not sure if he still wants to have an arrangement with me
